The Pradhan Mantri Dhan-Dhaanya Krishi Yojana (PMDDKY) a government initiative was launched to revolutionize Indian agriculture by making it more productive, sustainable, and financially rewarding for farmers. Inauguration and foundation stone laying of over 1100 Projects on Agriculture Infrastructure Fund, Animal Husbandry, Fisheries and food processing sectors including Mission for Aatmanirbharta in Pulses were also launched by the Indian government to support farmers. In relation to the event, ICAR-KVK Churachandpur organized the Live streaming of Hon'ble Prime Minister's programme from Delhi under the leadership of Dr. Manoj Kumar Pandey, Senior Scientist cum Head, ICAR- KVK Churachdnpur. Shri Letzamang Haokip, Hon'ble MLA, 57- Henglep Constituency, Shri Vishal Rane, Commandant, STC BSF Churachandpur and Shri P.R Prabhakar, 2.I.C, STC BSF Churachandpur graced the occasion as Chief Guest, Guest of Honour and Special Guest respectively. A total of 103 farmers were participated.
