Cut open well mature jackfruit but not ripe. Remove bulbs and extract out the seeds.
 Cut the bulbs into small finger size.  Blanch for 2 minutes with salt solution . Drain out water and kept for sun dry to remove water. Then fry the jackfruit with vegetable oil till golden brown
